Always include "Property Title". A property title can be the name of the property or it's address. You must also include: the name of the city, state, or country where the property is located, and the price. This information will be processed as bold writing. Entire ad text should not exceed more than 270 characters. It's highly reccommemded to included your contact phone number in the ad text.
