1. Idealistic Visionary
No end result that requires physical power can bring profit or wealth without specific mental guidance. Without a picture of the outcome action is rendered useless.
Entrepreneurs use foresight to see the finished product, the end-result, or the final system to some degree. They focus their energy on physically creating an internal portrait. Their vision is often a vision of the potential in something in the future.
Only one vision can dominate the landscape of a successful business. Experts can be consulted, and information can be gathered but in the end only one coherent vision can lead a group of people or a business. Entrepreneurs understand that a conglomerate of ideas and visions reduces the chances of accomplishing an envisioned outcome so they intelligently apply only information that contributes to the realization of their vision.
Visions Evolve ? It?s impossible to predict with certainty all of the future events that could affect a developing a business. Most entrepreneurs understand that their core vision may need to be modified, adapted, adjusted, and finally evolved into a realized vision. With constant learning and experience they add new elements required in accomplishing their vision.
Talented entrepreneurs take many years to accomplish a vision. A vision of a successful business is best accomplished incrementally. An idealist visionary will usually develop their core business idea to outperform the competition in quality, price, and method of delivery.
Most entrepreneurs stick to one single core vision and modify it throughout their business life. Very few will ever pursue multiple visions simultaneously, some however will realize one vision and then bring to completion a second or a third.
Another common visionary trait exercised is the constant revision of their vision to be in accord with new industry developments and technology.
Visions Communicated ? If a vision isn?t clearly communicated and defined in the minds of those helping to accomplish it, the end result may be poorly achieved or never be achieved at all. The vision has to be conveyed with crystal clarity and then translated into action that produces measurable results.
Communicating a clear vision also creates a desire to win among a group of people. This desire easily translates into believing that the task at hand is important enough to merit the effort of each team member. Entrepreneurs understand this so they leverage every victory, no matter how small, into motivating the team forward.
